Easy + Affordable Ways to Store Your Hair Accessories

My absolute favorite posts to write are ones inspired by you guys!! Recently, I had a follower send me a DM asking how I organize my hair accessories and I thought it would make a great post so I'm sharing my organizational tips when it comes to all thing hair! Let sue honest, as much as we love them, they're kind of a pain to store and can end up taking up a lot of drawer space or becoming an eye sore as your collection grows.

I'm going to preface this by saying that my hair accessories include 3 categories: hats, headbands, and hair scarves (and a few scrunchies too). I organize all of my accessories in my cloffice but these tricks can totally be used in a bedroom or a master bath too!!

HATS:

Y'all I have some SERIOUS love for a hat wall. It's such a good way to store your hats to help them maintain their shape AND it's such a statement!! If you haven't figured out by now I have a slight obsession with hats, so I have many but even if you only have one or two, I think that it can make such a statement! I've even seen some inspo online where people hang them above their headboards as decor!!

HEADBANDS:

One thing I learned from my years working in retail were creative ways to store and display accessories in pretty and unique ways: enter my latest Amazon find. An acrylic vase! Yep! It's 5 inches wide and is the perfect way to display and organize your headbands.

HEADSCARVES & SCRUNCHIES:

Grab that acrylic vase one more time y'all! Want some fun color and pattern on your shelf or dresser? Toss all you're favorite headscarves and scrunchies into the vase! This makes them easily accessible and another fun display!!

BONUS TIP: SILK SCARVES

I came up with this little hack when we were living in our one bedroom apartment; space was tight and I had to get creative. I grabbed one of my old gold bangles bracelets, a binder clip, and a thumb tack for an easy an pretty way to display and organize my silk scarves! Unlike bandanas, silk scarves deserve a little more TLC in my opinion so I like to let mine breathe and still use the trick! You can also sling the bangle over a hanger if you're really tight on space or can't put holes in your walls.

Do you guys have a favorite way to organize or display your accessories?? I'd love to hear your favorite tips and tricks!! You can shop the exact acrylic vase I use as well as my clothes rack and some additional accessories from my cloffice below!
