Save the Date for Galentines Day!

This one's for the girls! Let's be honest ladies, the men in our lives are just NOT going to get into Valentines Day the way that we do and to be fair, who can blame them...a holiday with an overwhelming color palette of pinks and reds and symbolized by hearts, flowers, glitter and chocolates does not a masculine holiday make soooooo I say we make it all about the ladies!! Turn your Valentines Celebration into a Galentines Party, Brunch, or Get-together and celebrate with all the flowers and chocolates your heart desires. A couple of my girlfriends and I are planning a Galentines Brunch so I thought it would be fun to turn to Basic Invite for a Galentines inspired save the date...I'm all about the details!!

I know what you're thinking, who sends save the dates for parties or get togethers? But the real question should be why don't we?? Save the dates are a casual, less formal version of an invite and a simple way to give your guests all the important details of your event! I looked to Basic Invite's gorgeous selection of wedding save the dates and postcard save the dates for inspiration and found the most fun and feminine design, perfect for a Galentines get together! (I can't WAIT to show you all the finished product!) I love using Basic Invite for all our paper product goods throughout the year because of the endless options for customization!! In no time at all I was able to take a fun wedding save the date to my dream Galentines save the date to send off to my girlfriends!!

Not planning a Galentines event but throwing together a birthday party or thinking about a start of summer BBQ? {It'll be here before we know it!} As beautiful as their paper products are, I also love Basic Invite's save the date magnets because if you're like me, I loose track of all the paper invites and save the dates we receive throughout the year!! I'd love to hear what you're planning for your own Galentines Celebrations and what special details you're incorporating into your get-together!
