Welcome to the Love it List, a biweekly collection of some of my favorite items, things that I have and use time and again, things that I reach for first, + things that are tried and true in my everyday. The whole goal is to help introduce you to products that I stand by and have purchased on my own accord that I think you might love too- if you don't already! 1. First Aid Beauty KP Bump Eraser body scrub: where are my fellow KP guys and gals?? KP or keratosis pilaris is a skin condition that causes rough patches and tiny, often red bumps on the skin. Although harmless, cute it is not. I have KP on the backs of my arms and a little bit on the front of my thighs. When I was younger I remember thinking I just had bad skin because my legs weren't as smooth as other girls, those teen years of comparison culture are NOT for the faint of heart...enter adulthood and I learned that KP is actually quite common and better yet, there are some great products out there to help combat it and ease your skin! With a little bit of research, I learned that the fan favorite is First Aid Beauty's KP Bump Eraser body scrub...now on my second tube, I am very happy to report that I will never be without this product in my shower. It's formula and granules are gentle enough to not irritate sensitive skin but also strong enough to help minimize and ease my KP.

2. Sugar Paper planner: If you're like me, you prefer a pen and paper versus a digital tool when it comes to organizing your life. I have tried a LOT of planners and this one is only the second ever that I bought multiple years in a row. They're cute but simple....no need for bells and whistles, stickers, and special markers (although erasable pens ARE life changing) just a really great planner that offers both monthly and weekly pages to get yourself and your very valuable time organized. I primarily use mine to plan my blog content and keep track off all my events and appointments, both personal and professional. This years comes in 3 color ways but I love a timeless black and white polka dot!

3. Dieux Instant Angel moisturizer: this is one of the newer products in my life but after dedicating a decent amount of energy to upping my skin care game over the last 7 years, I knew from first application that this product was going to become a staple in my skincare routine. I love a good skin care routine but I firmly believe that skincare doesn't have to be complicated or complex...I will never be the girl who has a 20 step nighttime routine. We love simple, potent, protective, and attainable skincare so when I started following the companies co-founder on TikTok and started learning about the importance of skincare ingredients as well as how and why you want products like this one, I was sold. It's a rich, nourishing face cream that helps repair and protect your skin barrier and leaves you with a dewy glow...my favorite part though? It can be used day and night, eliminating the need for a daytime moisturizer and a different nighttime moisturizer for those who are new to or looking for a simple yet effective skincare lineup. ALSO, the company shares EXACTLY what you're paying for, down to the penny, to promote price transparency in what we know can be a very expensive market and accountability for product ingredients as well as the quality of the ingredients that go into our skin care.

4. Love Wellness Good Girl Probiotics: I have been taking these now for over a year, in fact I am never without them. During my annual women's wellness visit last year, my physician's assistant prescribed me to start taking a daily probiotic to help combat the reoccurring yeast infections I was having (sorry but I believe in transparency) however, the probiotic she wanted me to use was almost $60 for a months worth and had to be refrigerated....no thanks. I was looking for an alternative when I found this one specially formulated to target vaginal and urinary tract health by Love Wellness which had rave reviews for being a relatively new company and product and I have been taking them ever since.

5. Kenra Professionals dry texture spray: my go-to (and frankly only) hair product I use for touchable but lasting waves. After trying what feels like every hairspray on the market and never finding the results I was hoping for when styling my everyday beach waves I received this product in a PR package. Now, I promised you all that there were no sponsored products here and there aren't. I have bought this again and again and again because it is the ONLY styling spray that I have found that holds my waves without making my hair crunchy, crusty. or losing my waves shortly after styling AND because it's a texture spray, it also helps provide a little bit of volume and texture to my otherwise thin and flat hair. {it also smells amazing! a great added bonus} I LOVEEEEEEEEE this stuff!
